Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) is a public legal entity and independent in its operations. FIMSA is in charge of licensing, regulation and supervision of the credit institutions, insurance sector and securities market.
The main aim of FIMSA is to ensure the effective performance and sustainability of the financial markets and protect the rights of creditors, investors, insured parties and other consumers in the financial markets. During the implementation of these activities, FIMSA utilizes the advanced international principles and standards in supervising financial markets.
